Our Services

Dailyn is a local AI-powered expense tracking application that provides receipt recognition, real-time spending analytics, AI-powered budget insights, voice expense recording, and environmental impact tracking. All AI processing happens directly on your device. Dailyn is available as an iOS application.

Local Processing & Privacy First

Dailyn is designed with privacy as a core principle. All AI processing, including receipt analysis, expense categorization, financial insights, and voice-to-text conversion, happens entirely on your device. Your financial data, spending records, and personal transactions never leave your device and are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party services.

This means:

• Your financial information stays private on your device
• No spending data is uploaded to the cloud
• No third parties have access to your transactions or receipts
• You maintain complete control over your financial data
• Your budget goals and spending patterns remain confidential

Dailyn Does Not Collect Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information from you, including but not limited to:

• IP addresses or device identifiers
• Spending history or financial records
• Receipt data or transaction details
• Voice recordings or audio data
• Geographic location or browsing behavior
• Any sensitive personal information such as bank account details, credit card numbers, or health-related expenses

Data Storage

All data generated by Dailyn, including your expense records, receipts, budget settings, voice memos, spending categories, and environmental impact scores, is stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage mechanisms. This data is:

• Encrypted using iOS standard encryption
• Protected by your device's security features
• Never synchronized to external servers
• Only accessible by you through the Dailyn app

If you delete the Dailyn app from your device, all locally stored data will be permanently removed.

Third-Party Services

Dailyn does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. We do not use:

• Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase)
• Advertising networks
• Cloud-based AI services
• Banking or financial data aggregators

All AI models and processing capabilities are embedded within the app and run entirely on your device.

App Store and Payment Information

If you purchase Dailyn through the Apple App Store, your payment information is processed by Apple, not by us. We do not have access to your payment details. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how Apple handles your data.

Children's Privacy

Dailyn does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal information, the app can be safely used by users of all ages with parental discretion.

Security

We take security seriously. Since all processing happens on your device and we don't collect or transmit your data, your financial information is protected by your device's built-in security features, including:

• You can clear all spending history and reset your budget
• You can uninstall the app to remove all data permanently
• You can use iOS backup features to preserve or transfer your data between your own devices
• No account registration is required, so there's no account data to manage

Environmental Impact & Green Points

Dailyn's Green Points feature calculates your environmental impact based on your spending patterns and behavioral insights. This calculation happens entirely on your device. Your spending data and environmental metrics are never shared with external environmental agencies or third-party services. They remain private on your device.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Policy on our website and update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. We encourage you to review the Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your privacy.

International Users

Dailyn can be used anywhere in the world. Since all processing happens locally on your device, there are no data transfer or jurisdictional concerns. Your financial data never leaves your device regardless of your location.
